Co-organizing the Official Inauguration Ceremony of the Neorion Shipyard in Syros
Our company is proud to have co-organized the official inauguration ceremony of the Neorion Shipyard in Syros, a shining moment in the history of the shipyard and the island itself. This event marked the completion of the transfer process of the shipyard to ONEX, owned by Mr. Panos Xenokostas, who collaborated with the U.S. Embassy in Greece and the American Ambassador, Mr. Geoffrey R. Pyatt, to bring this new chapter to life.
The ceremony was attended by a multitude of people, including representatives from the intellectual, economic, and political spheres of life. As the official inauguration of the Neorion Shipyard under its new ownership unfolded, it became clear that this event signified not only a new beginning for the shipyard but also a boost for the island’s economy and local community.
